Since 2009, I have helped over 5000 girls and guys realise their dreams of running 5km, 10km, 10 miles, Half Marathons and even the Dublin Marathon. And I'd love to show you that its not as difficult as you think.

ALL IT TAKES IS CONSISTENCY AND A BIT OF DEDICATION!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • Classes are twice a week for 3 weeks gradually increasing your distances from 0km to 3km.
  • We start with a mixture of walking and slow jogging intervals, gradually increasing the running intervals until you can run comfortably.
  • I'll show you one easy technique to overcome your breathing difficulties in one simple step.
  • Gentle stretching to improve dynamic range of motion in your muscles, helping to improve your stride.
  • Each member of the team will have access to our private online community where I'll provide running tips and motivational support.
  • We finish the program with a 3k run!
