HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • Download my Couch to 5k coaching manual and join our private Couch to 5k Club Whatsapp group.
  • Start with a mixture of walking and slow jogging intervals, gradually increasing the running intervals until you can run comfortably.
  • 5 - 8 week programme gradually increasing your distances from 0km to 5km.
  • Watch my simple video series on how to breath and run comfortably so you never struggle again!
  • Gentle stretching to improve dynamic range of motion in your muscles, helping to improve your stride.
  • Only move to the next workout when you feel ready.
  • Run at a time that suits you, and take as long as you need!
  • Check in your runs in and join the supportive chat in our completely private Whatsapp group.
