HOW DOES IT WORK?

Download my Couch to 5k coaching manual and join our private Couch to 5k Club Whatsapp group.
Follow the plan week to week, or only move to the next workout when you feel ready.
Start with a mixture of walking and slow jogging intervals, gradually increasing the running intervals until you can run comfortably.
5 - 8 week programme gradually increasing your distances from 0km to 5km.

Gentle stretching to improve dynamic range of motion in your muscles, helping to improve your stride.
Run at a time that suits you, and take as long as you need!
